ORGANIC, NATURALLY LEAVENED SOURDOUGH BREAD
We use all organic grains and flours with a long fermentation process, start finish our process is 24 to 30 hours and baked fresh daily.
Our croissants undergo a long fermentation process of 48 hours and are made with Khorasan, an ancient grain. This flour is higher in protein than traditional wheat and produces a bright golden color as well a subtle nutty flavor.
